Junnah is a phone-based companion service that provides friendly conversation and emotional support. By calling Junnah, you agree to these terms.
Junnah is available to anyone who would like a friendly conversation. The service is designed primarily for adults aged 50 and older, but is open to all callers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Junnah provides friendly, supportive phone conversations. It is a companion service meant to help people feel more connected.
Junnah is not any of the following:

Junnah is currently in a pilot phase. We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Junnah is currently free to use. If this changes, we will provide notice before any charges apply. Standard phone carrier charges may apply depending on your phone plan.
Junnah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junnah Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
