Junnah is a phone-based companion service designed to provide emotional support and friendly conversation. This service is built on trust, respect, and a commitment to handling your information with care.

What We Collect

When you contact Junnah, we may collect:

  • Your phone number through caller ID
  • Your first name, if you choose to share it
  • Limited notes or short summaries about the conversation to help us provide support, improve the pilot, and monitor safety

We do not record conversations by default.

How We Use Information

We use information only to:

  • Provide the Junnah service
  • Improve the quality and safety of the pilot
  • Respond to serious safety concerns when needed

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your conversations for advertising.

Limited Review

To help keep the service safe and working well, authorized team members may review limited technical logs and short conversation summaries. Access is restricted to people who need it for safety, support, or service improvement.

Your Choices

You choose what you want to share. You may stop calling at any time. You may also request deletion of your information by contacting us at info@junnahinc.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, we will update this page with the new effective date.
